In the alpha version of Gta: san andreas, there was a gang called Blustin* Fools Records. Few have heard of her, but for unknown reasons, the gang was cut from the game. Their territory was the Market. They helped the poor and the cops, so they were the main enemies of the rest of the gangs.
I was able to decide this gang. You can meet gang members on their territory. They have a negative attitude towards CJ. And most importantly, the gang does not replace existing ones, and does not spoil the plot of the game!
