In the alpha version of the game Gta: San Andreas, there was a gang called Blustin* Fools Records. Few people have heard of them, but for unknown reasons, the gang was cut from the game. Their territory was Market. They assisted the poor and the cops, making them the main enemies of other gangs.
I managed to establish this gang. You can encounter gang members in their territory. They have a negative attitude towards CJ. And most importantly, the gang does not replace any existing ones and does not ruin the game's storyline!
