After the recent events of the First Part , Dietrich's life has changed.
He regrets killing his last friend - Schultz.
Saying goodbye to his last affairs, Dietrich went to an abandoned airfield left by old man Schrabb. A couple of months later, a forgotten brother - Dimwitted Viktor - appears on the horizon of events. He wants Dietrich to start a new life and leave the past behind, inviting him to his mansion in Los Santos.
However, things do not go as planned. Upon arrival, the police arrest both of them and take them to a secret facility. The head of this operation, Mekong, who was supposed to finally deal with the Germans, forces them to work for him, explaining that Dietrich must take responsibility for the destruction of the secret base at Toreno's request. However, the agent had a completely different assignment at the request of Adrian Bernich, the Balkan minister in Los Santos, to kill Dietrich and Viktor without causing panic or provocations.
Soon, Mekong also comes under the crosshairs of a deputy, and the looming threat will inevitably take lives.

После последних событий Первой Части жизнь Дитриха поменялась.
Он жалеет, что убил своего последнего друга - Шульца.
Распрощавшись с последними делами, Дитрих уехал на заброшенный аэродром, который остался от старика Шраба. Через пару месяцев на горизонте событий появляется забытый брат - Туповатый Виктор. Он хочет, что бы Дитрих обрел новую жизнь и покончил с прошлым, и зовет его в свой особняк в Лос Сантосе.
Не тут то было. После прибытия полиция арестовывает обоих и увозит в секретное помещение. Глава этой операции, Меконг, который должен был окончательно покончить с немцами, заставляет их работать на себя, объясняясь в той причине, что Дитрих должен понести ответственность за разгром секретной базы по просьбе Торено. Однако у агента был совсем другое задание по просьбе Адриана Бернича, Балканского министра в Лос Сантосе, убить Дитриха и Виктора не поднимая паники и провокаций.
Вскоре и Меконг попадает под прицел депутата, а нависшая угроза обязательно унесет жизни.
