Reality Traffic

Another mod on the theme of realism. This time I came across the popcycle.dat file responsible for traffic (thanks to Vladimir_P for the idea).

It is set up so that in the morning and at rush hour there is very dense traffic, and at night the streets are empty. I was too lazy to make the last 5-6 terrain values ​​​​(they are distributed by location, there are 20 in total) and left everything as it is. The archive contains a bonus in the form of a pedstats.dat file. I corrected it quite a bit, making the sharpness of the turn of the GG smoother. The standard turning speed for GG is 9, for bots 7.5, and I set it up so that GG had 6.5, I didn’t touch the bots. He also made the bandits less shy, and the cops, on the contrary, more shy. I did this because it infuriates me that when I kill civilians, the Reef gang scatters to the sides (although I was very surprised when I saw that all gangs have the same shyness parameter, although in reality Refa is very shy).
