Realistic Traffic

Another mod focused on realism. This time, I came across the popcycle.dat file, which controls traffic (thanks to Vladimir_P for the idea).
It's configured so that during the morning and rush hour, traffic is very dense, while at night the streets are empty. I was too lazy to adjust the last 5-6 values for the areas (there are 20 in total) and left everything as is. The archive includes a bonus in the form of the pedstats.dat file. I made slight adjustments to it, smoothing out the main character's turning sharpness. By default, the turning speed for the main character is 9, for NPCs it's 7.5, but I set it to 6.5 for the main character and left the NPCs unchanged. I also made the gangsters less skittish, while making the cops more jumpy. I did this because it annoys me that when I kill civilians, the Rifa gang scatters (although I was quite surprised to see that all gangs have the same fear parameter, even though Rifa is actually very skittish).

Ещё один мод на тему реалистичности. На этот раз мне под руку попался файл popcycle.dat, отвечающий за трафик (за идею спасибо Vladimir_P).
Настроен он так, чтобы с утра и в час пик был очень плотный трафик, а ночью улицы опустели. Я поленился делать последние 5-6 значений местности (они распределены по местностям, всего их 20) и оставил все как есть. В архиве есть бонус в виде файла pedstats.dat. Я его совсем немного подкорректировал, сделав резкость поворота ГГ плавнее. Стандартно скорость поворота у ГГ 9, у ботов 7.5, а я настроил чтобы у ГГ было 6.5, ботов не трогал. Так же сделал бандитов менее пугливыми, а копов наоборот, более пугливыми. Сделал это потому, что меня бесит что когда я убиваю мирных жителей, банда Рифа разбегается в стороны (хотя я очень удивился когда увидел, что у всех банд параметр пугливости одинаковый, хотя на деле Рифа очень пугливая).
