New realistic weapon stats

This time there will be no huge backstory of the creation of the mod (I'm tired of writing).

This mod makes the characteristics of weapons more real. The number of rounds in the magazine, damage and accuracy - all this has been replaced for all types of firearms, in addition, these parameters are different at each level of weapon proficiency (except for the cartridges in the magazine, of course). Some may like it, some may not, but now the sights of the weapons are fixed! (For dummies: they do not expand when fired).

P.S. Deagle (Desert Eagle) will have 6 rounds. I did this for my "Python". For realism, I recommend replacing the deagle with a 6-shot revolver.
