The modification HRT Pack 1.3: Enhanced Edition replaces the old textures in the game with higher quality ones. The main textures of Las Venturas, Los Santos, San Fierro, some rural areas, weapon textures, and some vehicles and interiors have been redone.
This is the version of the mod with full manual installation, which has some differences from the original version from 2011, which in turn is an extended re-release of HRT Pack 1.3 from 2010.
The manual installation version, intended for experienced users, allows for a mod installation with greater flexibility, such as combining it with other modifications, and generally determining which files to insert into the game and which not. Each component of the mod can be installed separately from the others; you choose what to install. At the same time, users who do not wish to delve into various nuances are still recommended to use the previous version of the mod with auto-installation.
The manual installation version has several differences from the previous version, for example, Project Oblivion, the new HUD and radar, scripts are not integrated here, and there are almost no changes to the locations. Read more about this in the instructions. It also specifies compatibility with other modifications and how this mod can be combined with them.
Remember that this mod — HRT Pack 1.3: Enhanced Edition with manual installation — is a variant of the mod HRT Pack 1.3: Enhanced Edition from 2011, and that mod is an extended version of the mod from 2010. Therefore, this mod does not reflect my current skills.
As for the further development of the modification, a completely new version — HRT 1.4has been in the works for over a year.
HRT 1.4 is being made entirely from scratch, not based on any of the old versions, this mod is created in a completely new quality, and its goals have changed — it will replace textures completely across the entire map, all interiors, vehicles, textures are used not only at the maximum possible resolution for the game but also carefully tailored to the originals for precise matching to the game.

The mod is packed in .arc format, which allowed for very good compression. To open it, you need the free program FreeArc. The old generation HRT Pack mods have their own thread on the forum, which contains additional information.
Модификация HRT Pack 1.3: Enhanced Edition заменяет старые текстуры в игре на более качественные. Были переделаны основные текстуры Лас-Вентураса, Лос-Сантоса, Сан-Фиерро, некоторых участков сельской местности, текстуры оружия и некоторых автомобилей, некоторых интерьеров.
Это версия мода с полностью ручной установкой, которая имеет некоторые отличия от оригинальной версии 2011 года, которая в свою очередь является расширенным переизданием HRT Pack 1.3 2010 года.
Версия с ручной установкой, предназначенная для опытных пользователей, позволяет установить мод с большими возможностями, например, совместить его с другими модификациями, и вообще самостоятельно определять, какие файлы вставлять в игру, а какие нет. Не забывайте, что этот мод — HRT Pack 1.3: Enhanced Edition с ручной установкой — является вариантом мода HRT Pack 1.3: Enhanced Edition за 2011 год, а тот мод является расширенной версией мода за 2010 год. Следовательно, данный мод не отражает моих текущих навыков.
Что же касается дальнейшего развития модификации, то уже более года делается совершено новая версия — HRT 1.4.
HRT 1.4 делается полностью с нуля, не на основе какой-либо из старой версии, этот мод создается в совершенно новом качестве, а его цели изменились — он будет заменять текстуры полностью у всей карты, всех интерьеров, автомобилей, текстуры используются не только максимального возможного для игры разрешения, но и тщательно подстроенные под оригинальные для точнейшего соответствия игре.

Мод запакован в архив формата .arc, что позволило добиться очень хорошего сжатия. Для его открытия нужна бесплатная программа FreeArc. У модов HRT Pack старого поколения есть своя тема на форуме, которая содержит дополнительную информацию.
