Add the files from the "gta3img" folder using IMG 1.5 or IMG Tool 2.0 to the game archive gta3.img which is located in the GTA San Andreas models folder
Copy the folder "CLEO" to the folder with the game GTA San Andreas. For the mod to work, you must have the "CLEO" library installed.
