The action takes place in 1993. After Madd Dogg's party, CJ wakes up in his house and see that it is on fire! After talking with Sweet, he finds out that his house was set on fire, and obviously not by chance... CJ will get involved in gang wars, street racers, mafia showdowns, revenge and destruction a mysterious syndicate whose members are ready to do anything to kill CJ and his brother and destroy gang groove - and all this in Great Theft Car!
