1. What is it?
A standard modified game, in which modifications were collected from the public domain. There are no private mods. Suitable only for single play (that is, installing the game for the well-known multiplayer San Andreas Multiplayer is not recommended!!!).
2. Innovations:
This is the first version for a normal start. 1. All sorts of images in the menu were changed when loading into images from the PS2 version. 2. Added a frame limiter, the value of which can be changed in the cleo folder in the settings.ini file (default value = 64). 3. Added mission rampage, having two gamepads you can play with a friend, an opportunity straight from PS2. 4. Vehicles, skins, cars, and elements have been replaced. All changes in model quality were made by directly moving to gta3.img to avoid lags due to the modloader, as well as not to burden the game with its size. 5. Older version of SkyGFX loaded from PS2. 6. Added menu from PS2. 7.

3. Disadvantages:
1. There is no phase change like in the PS2 version of the game (although I added silentpatch to the list of which this function was indicated). This problem will be resolved in the future. 2. The frame limiter does not work on all versions of windows (it definitely doesn’t work on W10 LTSC).
