This is the first version of this mod so far.

- New, high-quality texture of the roofs of houses.
- New doors.
- New asphalt (only near houses).
- New grass.
- New, high-quality textures of houses.
- The texture of the fence has been changed near some houses.
Installation:
ce_burbhouse.txd - replace in GTA3.img

Это пока что первая версия этого мода.

- Около некоторых домов изменена текстура забора.
