Karambit
Karambit is a knife with a curved blade and sharpening on both sides, which is used for inflicting secant blows. It was used in the Malay Archipelago in the following way: a Filipino takes a karambit in each hand and, with the help of knives, climbs a palm tree for coconuts. The design of karambit is interesting with a curved blade and a ring on the back of the handle, into which the index finger, middle finger or little finger is threaded for a better hold. Usually, karambit is held with a reverse grip, and the application technique is designed mainly for secant blows that cut muscles and tendons. Karambit has served as the basis for many modern self-defense knives.
This work is made from scratch, sits well in the hand.
