В архиве есть 3 варианта. Настройка некоторых вариантов не совсем удачная, но приемлимая, возможно в скором времени выйдет фикс.

Модель головы и текстура - К сожалению я не смог найти автора этой замечательной модели и текстуры, но есть догадки, что модель из GTA 4. Надеюсь автор разрешит воспользоваться мне его работой)
