GTA SA EXE for SAMP
A modified executable created by me specifically for SAMP.
Now settings will be saved not in gta_sa.set, but in mta_sa.set.
This allows for different settings in single-player and multiplayer modes. It's also useful for owners of licensed versions of the game, whose settings are incompatible with the exe v1.00 US settings.
Additionally, SAMP now allows you to add custom tracks separately from single-player mode. The new folder for your music: [SAMP Tracks]
There were other changes, but these are the main ones.

Теперь настройки будут сохраняться не в gta_sa.set, а в mta_sa.set.
Это позволяет в одиночной игре использовать одни настройки, а в мультиплеере - другие. Также полезно для владельцев лицензионных версий игры, настройки которых несовместимы с настройками exe v1.00 US.
Также в САМП теперь можно добавлять пользовательские треки отдельно от одиночной игры. Новая папка для вашей музыки: [SAMP Tracks]
Были ещё изменения, но эти основные.
