Interface Editor Visual
Interface Editor Visual (IEV) is designed for visual arrangement of GTA: San Andreas interface elements.
IEV generates an INI file with calculated coordinates, the syntax of which is the same as that of Alexander's San Andreas Interface Editor v1.2 (You can always download the new version from the program directory of Alexander's site http://alexander.sannybuilder.com/GTA_progs.html) and, thus, it is primarily a wrapper over SA IE.
What's new in current version:
+ Added the ability to open interface files using the Drag'n'Drop method on the program icon or on the program window
+ Added the ability to open interface files with the program
+ Detailed help file in CHM format with explanatory pictures
+ Ability to change the position of the street name
+ Ability to quickly open the interface file from the San Andreas folder
+ Ability to change background image
+ Icons
+ New "logo" of the program (if the inscription can be called a logo).
