This setting of the ENBseries mod by Boris Vorontsov is made especially for GTA Crimanal Russia, and note, only for Multiplayer, that is, for CR:MP.
In this setting, effects such as bloom, reflections on cars, and shadows are used (carefully read the Readme in the archive).
The tuning was done for myself, but recently it has often been begged for. Maybe here it will be useful for someone.
