This modification makes all pillars in the game intangible, ie. You can safely drive through them without losing speed.
This is very useful on racing/drifting servers.
Personally, I use this modification to make it easier to work as a trucker on SAMP-RP.

Данная модификация делает все столбы в игре неосязаемыми, т.е. Вы спокойно можете проехать сквозь них, не потеряв скорость.
Это очень полезно на гоночных/дрифт серверах.
Лично я использую эту модификацию, что бы было проще работать дальнобойщиком на SAMP-RP.
