imecycWriteMemoryByteFromFloat has been fixed, settings do not reset when switching weather, and the code has been slightly improved.

Cleo скрипт, который позволяет редактировать по ходу игры файл timecyc.dat, а как известно в нём множество игровых настроек погоды и т.д.
Изменение в 1.6
imecycWriteMemoryByteFromFloat исправлено, настройки не сбиваются при переключении погоды, немного улучшен код.
- Теперь скрипт полностью совместим с CLEO3.
