- If the CLEO 3 library is already installed on your computer, go to the next step. If not, download from here - http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/cleo3.exe and install in the folder with GTA San Andreas.
- Copy the file "CRSpeed.cs" to the folder "GTA San AndreasCLEO" and the file "CRSPEED.txd" to "GTA San Andreasmodelstxd".

Простой, но зато очень красивый стеклянный спидометр небесно-голубого цвета.
Установка:
- Если библиотека CLEO 3 уже установлена на Вашем компьютере, переходим к следующему этапу. Если нет, скачиваем отсюда — http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/cleo3.exe и устанавливаем в папку с GTA San Andreas.
- Скопируйте файл "CRSpeed.cs" в папку "GTA San AndreasCLEO", а файл "CRSPEED.txd" в "GTA San Andreasmodelstxd".
