Summer modification released Endless Summer took place a few weeks ago, but we do not intend to stop there. Meet the first update for the Endless Summer mod, which will fix some minor bugs and also introduce many improvements! The update needs to be installed only on top of the original mod; the installation is fully automated and simplified as much as possible (the convenient installation of the update, which we managed to achieve, is a matter of particular pride).
What was added in the update:
[+] More hunting. A new species of bear has appeared - black bears (baribals). They live near caves. As usual, we have tried (as best as possible) to place the predators on the map as they would be seen in real natural conditions. For example, one of the bears is standing by the river (as if fishing or drinking).
[+] More weapons. A new hunting rifle has appeared (replaces: chromegun).
[+] More fun. Karl can now start dancing himself during a night out on the beach. To do this, you need to come to the party, stand anywhere near the dancers, and press E (pressing it again will stop Karl). Karl can dance in two different styles (selected automatically). We recommend that before you start dancing, get drunk on our signature beer “Buhoy Monk” (you can buy it at the bar on the beach, 24 hours a day).
[+] More cool music. Added two new songs that will be played on the beach.
[+] More beauty. Seabed textures and some minor textures have been completely replaced.
What was improved and fixed in the update:
[!] Improved hunters' hut: In addition, a staircase has appeared inside the house leading to the attic (but it is not yet possible to climb it). If you like this idea, we will make a full-fledged attic with new objects (thus the house will be larger). By the way, a slot machine with a new game appeared in the hut.
[!] The number of lives for all bears has been increased - now hunting them will become even more dangerous!
[!] Nature sounds no longer play in the cabin.
[!] People standing near a beach bar no longer stand there all the time; it feels like they come and go periodically.
[!] A bearded hunter at a night out now dances while holding a sawn-off shotgun.
[!] Improved textures of the beach and surrounding areas. On billboards you can see advertisements for “Drunken monk” beer, which appeared in fashion.
[!] Hunting rifles can now also be found in hunters' huts.
[!] Improved sniper rifle texture.
[!] " Modified abandoned airfield 2.0 " . Previously, it was only partially present in Endless Summer; some files were lost during the build.
[!] Pick-ups of sticks and cues are no longer registered in the save; Several cleo files are merged into one file.
Additionally, the archive contains an improved version of the flashlight, which gave it all previously. Now the flashlight is turned on using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + L, the appearance of the flashlight has also been slightly improved and a new icon has been made (look in the Bonus folder).

Что было добавлено в обновлении:
[+] Больше охоты. Появился новый вид медведей — черные медведи (барибалы). Они обитают недалеко от пещер. Как обычно, мы попытались (насколько это возможно), расставить хищников на карте так, как их можно было бы увидеть в настоящих природных условиях. Например, один из медведей стоит у реки (как будто ловит рыбу или пьет). Барибалы обладают спокойным нравом, поэтому они не всегда будут нападать первыми.
[+] Больше оружия. Появилось новое охотничье ружье (заменяет: chromegun).
[+] Больше веселья. Карл теперь и сам может пуститься в пляс во время ночной тусовки на пляже. Для этого нужно прийти на тусовку, стать в любом месте возле танцующих, и нажать Е (повторное нажатие остановит Карла). Карл может танцевать двумя разными стилями (выбираются автоматически). Рекомендуем перед тем как начать плясать, налакаться как следует нашего фирменного пива «Бухой монахъ» (его можно купить в баре на пляже, круглосуточно).
[+] Больше клёвой музыки. Добавлены две новые песни, которые будут играть на пляже.
[+] Больше красот. Полностью заменены текстуры морского дна и некоторые второстепенные текстуры.
Что было улучшено и исправлено в обновлении:
[!] Улучшена хижина охотников: теперь возле нее установлена деревянная скамейка и фонарь, который позволяет увидеть хижину издалека даже в ночное время. Кроме того, внутри домика появилась лестница, ведущая на чердак (но взобраться по ней пока что нельзя). Если вам понравится эта идея, мы сделаем полноценный чердак с новыми объектами (таким образом, домик станет больше). Кстати, еще в хижине появился игровой автомат с новой игрой.
[!] Увеличено количество жизней у всех медведей — теперь охота на них станет еще более опасной!
[!] Звуки природы больше не воспроизводятся в каюте.
[!] Люди, стоящие возле бара на пляже, теперь стоят там не все время; создается ощущение, что они уходят и приходят периодически.
[!] Бородатый охотник на ночной тусовке теперь танцует, держа в руке обрез.
[!] Улучшены текстуры пляжа и окрестностей. На билбордах можно увидеть рекламу пива «Бухой монахъ» («Drunkenъ monkъ»), которое появилось в моде.
[!] Охотничье ружье теперь можно будет найти и в хижине охотников.
[!] Улучшена текстура снайперской винтовки.
[!] Встроен мод «Измененный заброшенный аэродром 2.0». Ранее он присутствовал в Endless Summer лишь частично, некоторые файлы затерялись во время сборки.
[!] Пикапы палок и кия больше не прописываются в сохранении; несколько cleo-файлов склеено в один файл.
Дополнительно в архиве находится улучшенная версия фонарика, который выкладывался ранее. Теперь фонарик включается при помощи сочетания клавиш Ctrl + L, также незначительно улучшен внешний вид фонарика и сделана новая иконка (смотрите в папке Bonus).
