Сиджей подходит к кому-либо и говорит, что убьёт его, если тот не убьёт любого прохожего, он конечно соглашается и бежит атаковать случайного прохожего, даже копа или гангстеров.

1. Что бы заставить прохожего убивать нажмите "Num 4" (клавиши в правом краю клавиатуры)

2. Если у прохожего есть огнестрельное оружие, он будет использовать его

3. Присутствует озвучка

4. Слишком "законопослушный" прохожий может идти дальше и не обращать на вас внимания

5. Здоровье у выбранного мирного жителя такое же, как у всех прохожих
