GAZ-1173
GAZ-M-1 ("Emka") - a Soviet passenger car produced by the Gorky Automobile Plant. The car replaced the GAZ-A in 1936. The main innovation of the car was an all-metal body (but with a leatherette upper part of the roof), created in cooperation with Ford, under a technical cooperation agreement. The body of the popular Ford B Model 40A was taken as the basis. However, the car was seriously redesigned by Soviet specialists. GAZ-M-1 was distinguished by a forced engine of the GAZ-A model (50 hp), a powerful frame, longitudinal springs (instead of transverse ones), low-pressure tires, stamped rims. Based on the GAZ-M-1, the following were created: a GAZ-415 pickup truck, a taxi, six-cylinder modifications of the GAZ-11-73 (sedan) and a GAZ-11-40 phaeton.
ГАЗ-М-1 («Эмка») — советский легковой автомобиль выпускавшийся Горьковским автомобильным заводом. Автомобиль пришёл на смену ГАЗ-А в 1936 году. Главным новшеством автомобиля, стал цельнометаллический кузов (но с дерматиновой верхней частью крыши), созданный в кооперации с компанией Ford, в рамках договора о техническом сотрудничестве. За основу был взят кузов популярной модели Ford B Model 40A. Однако, автомобиль был серьезно перепроектирован советскими специалистами. ГАЗ-М-1 отличали форсированный двигатель модели ГАЗ-А (50 л.с.), мощная рама, продольные рессоры (вместо поперечных), шины низкого давления, штампованные колесные диски. На базе ГАЗ-М-1 были созданы: пикап ГАЗ-415, такси, шестицилиндровые модификации ГАЗ-11-73 (седан) и ГАЗ-11-40 фаэтон.
