Looks good with "Los Santos New(1-2)" and "Winter in Las-Venturas(BETA)" (On the screenshots of mods, not him.).

Выложил ENB настроенный под мой компьютер средней мощности.
Хорошо смотрится с "Los Santos New(1-2)" и "Winter in Las-Venturas(BETA)"(На скриншотах модов, не он.).
Я тестил на своем (среднем) компьютере - без лагов, все идет отлично. Попробуйте, скорей всего для слабых компьютеров он тоже подойдет.
