A small patch that allows you to combine modifications HRT Pack 1.3 and Project Oblivion 2010HQ .

Небольшой патчик, который позволяет совместить модификации HRT Pack 1.3 и Project Oblivion 2010HQ.

Кроме того, после установки PO 2010 и этого патча пропадает злосчастный баг, связанный со стройкой (хотя не факт, что где-то в другом месте не появится нечто подобное).

Также удаляется библиотека SA Limit Adjuster, обладающая рядом существенных недостатков.
