I decided to add something more native to San Andreas ... Now from 23:00 to 5:00 all intersections will become unregulated, i.e. traffic lights will blink yellow, and cars will drive as if there were no traffic lights.
ATTENTION: FOR THE MOD TO WORK, YOU MUST INSTALL THE CLEO 4 LIBRARY! (Present in the archive) do not be afraid to install it, this version is great there are scripts written for CLEO 3 (personally checked)
