I decided to add something more native to San Andreas ... Now from 23:00 to 5:00 all intersections will become unregulated, i.e. traffic lights will blink yellow, and cars will drive as if there were no traffic lights.

ATTENTION: FOR THE MOD TO WORK, YOU MUST INSTALL THE CLEO 4 LIBRARY! (Present in the archive) do not be afraid to install it, this version is great

there are scripts written for CLEO 3 (personally checked)

Нерегулируемые перекрестки

Решил внести в Сан Андреас еще что то родное... Теперь с 23:00 до 5:00 все перекрестки станут нерегулируемыми, т.е. светофоры будут моргать желтым, а машины будут ездить так, как будто светофоров нет.

ВНИМАНИЕ: ДЛЯ РАБОТЫ МОДА НЕОБХОДИМО УСТАНОВИТЬ БИБЛИОТЕКУ CLEO 4! (Присутствует в архиве) не бойтесь ее устанавливать, на данной версии великолепно

идут скрипты, написанные для CLEO 3 (лично проверял)
