The mod adds a luxury residential complex to GTA San Andreas, located in the picturesque bay of Laguna Fish.
The complex includes a security post with a patrol car, a gas station, a power plant, a helipad with a helicopter, and a waterfront with a cafe and a pier.
Expensive cars are parked in the area, and there is a save point inside the complex. An excellent place for relaxation or role-playing.
