This island was once actively promoted as an elite project for successful businesspeople. The plan was to create an autonomous and modern place to live and work. However, over time, funding was cut off, and construction of the project was put on hold.
What to see on the island:
- Almost complete infrastructure: residential buildings, roads, lighting;
- Own power plant, providing the island with energy;
- Lighthouses and cell towers, built for communication and navigation;
- Underground bunker, presumably used as a command center;
- Helipad for transporting guests and staff;
- The beaches remain fenced off and closed for swimming, a reminder of the failed project.
This mod adds an atmospheric, abandoned island that still bears traces of the luxury and ambition of the past. It is ideal for adventure builds, exploration, or story-driven mods involving mysteries and forgotten places.
