The mood system is a poorly documented (if not completely undocumented) mechanic that changes the way CJ talks in free roam. You might have noticed it, but probably never paid much attention.
Now, you can force and change CJ's expressions in free roam. Instead of hearing the same lines over and over, you'll get more variety.
You can even use the "Mood Randomizer" option to make CJ say even more different lines, giving you a fresh and varied experience every time you play.
