This mod adds a vicious intergalactic warlord from the Klog Empire to the game — Lord Nebulizer Lonaut from the DYOM project "Detective Louis and Lieutenant Reginald Maxwell Save the Planet from the Forces of Evil." The skin is made in the SA style and fits perfectly into the atmosphere of the game.
