This mod brings the look of an abandoned, yet operational garage to San Fierro.
All areas are accessible, and the garage gates are open. The backyard is littered with various debris and barrels, and many spots are overgrown with grass and moss. An additional working garage has been added to the backyard. The area is surrounded by an iron fence, and the gates can be opened by pushing them forward or backward.
The mod includes two texture options. If you want the abandoned look, you don't need to change the TXD.
