This mod allows you to call a helicopter to any location where you place a smoke grenade. Simply find a suitable spot in the city, approach it, and enter the "cargo" command. CJ will set down a smoke grenade. A helicopter will appear on the radar—move away to a safe distance. The helicopter will drop a bomb at the marked location. After the explosions, you can repeat the operation.
