One of the influential oligarchs bought land on the top of a mountain and built an estate there to retreat with his impressive car collection and hide from the tax authorities. He fenced off the area, built a house, a summer café, garages, and watchtowers to control access. His car fleet is placed around the perimeter, and he also owns a helicopter and an airplane. There is also transport at the bottom of the mountain, from which you can instantly teleport to the top.
