The main character of this page of history is Robert Allen, an unremarkable security department employee, once a respected CIA agent, who has fallen into a heavy fate. Due to his questionable views on the situation in the country during the Cold War, which is at its peak, Robert inadvertently becomes a renegade in the eyes of his colleagues. At the same time, against the backdrop of escalating tensions between the West and the East, the city is engulfed in yet another crisis, where the government and the mafia share power among themselves. Unfortunately, the crisis will not be limited to just one state...

Главным героем этой страницы истории выступает Роберт Аллен, с виду ничем не примечательный сотрудник отдела безопасности, некогда авторитетный агент ЦРУ, на которого упала тяжёлая участь. Из-за его сомнительных взглядов на положение в стране в условиях холодной войны, которая находится на своём пике, Роберт, поневоле, становится ренегатом в глазах своих коллег. В тоже время, на фоне усиления противостояния между западом и востоком, город объял очередной кризис, где правительство и мафия делят власть между собой. К сожалению, кризис охватит не только один штат...
