With the great success of the Infernus and Cheetah produced by Pegassi and Grotti in the Vice City area in 1986, Pegassi and Grotti gained support in VC. Therefore, in 1989, they produced a new generation of the Infernus and Cheetah. However, due to storms, they were not launched in San Andreas for a long time. But by 1992, they were set to be on sale in San Andreas by the end of October, undoubtedly bringing a huge impact to consumers at that time.
