The Ratone is like a Swiss Army knife on wheels: simple, unpretentious and ready for any adventure, unless the adventure requires convenience and comfort. Under the hood, it is not a beast, but for confident driving on not very high-quality suburban roads, it has a quite decent engine. Inside, there are a minimum of bells and whistles: a simple dashboard, comfortable seats and enough space for four passengers. Climate control? Forget it, everything is old-fashioned here — manual windows and fans that work when they feel like it, but who cares, because the owner of the Ratone is a real extrovert, and he is definitely not one of those who is ready to sit in the car most of the time. At least because of the characteristic smell with a slight note of diesel fuel in the cabin.
