Mega Modpack 2000s for GTA: Criminal Russia Deluxe

I hope many of you remember the legendary modification for GTA: San Andreas — GTA: Criminal Russia! As you know, the mod is set in 2006, but not all elements matched the spirit of that time. On one hand, this was done to satirize certain phenomena typical for our country, but on the other hand, the inconsistencies with the era were quite noticeable: advertisements and radio archives are dated 2009-2010.
What's changed:
- Vehicle fleet. You will no longer see outdated Soviet cars from the 1940s-1960s that had already disappeared from the streets by 2006-2010 (for example, old "Volga" cars have been replaced with more modern models from the late 1990s and early 2000s). Most vehicles have been replaced with foreign cars, and the service vehicles and military equipment have also been updated.
- Police and army skins have been replaced as well: now they wear uniforms appropriate for their era (police from 1994-2012). Chinese soldiers have been replaced with servicemen of the Internal Troops of the Russian Federation, as they are responsible for internal order in the absence of borders in the game.
P.S. The radio has not been changed, as this is my first pack and I don't know how to work with SAAT yet. For enthusiasts, I can upload a separate ZIP archive with radio recordings from the 1990s-2000s, along with old logos of both existing and now-defunct Russian radio stations. Perhaps in the future I will release more packs dedicated to the 1990s, in line with the original vision of the mod creators. However, these may contrast with the map, which was based on what the modders saw outside their windows in 2009-2010.
Important: Before installing the mod on a clean GTA: CR beta 2, you need to install CLEO 4 and Modloader, as this pack is intended for installation via the Modloader folder. Sorry for the inconvenience. You probably won't forgive me... Looks like I forgot to replace the FSB model...?!
