Absolutely merciless in its senselessness and absurd (it didn't work any other way) in its implementation of a mod that, by changing the parameters in the files that determine the water level, suits the real tsunami on the streets of San Andreas.
The streets of the city are completely flooded, but the townspeople absolutely do not care about this - their cars circulate freely under water, planes rush over the water, and do not care-machinists rod on their trains through the water with the imperturbable look of seasoned people.
To make the picture even more crazy, I advise you to install the mod No Traffic, which removes people and cars from the streets of the state. The only living (and resilient) inhabitants of the state will remain: the brave gangster Carl Johnson, his young ladies and the same indifferent driver.

Абсолютно беспощадный в свой бессмысленности и абсурдный (по другому не получалось) в своей реализации мод, который, изменяя параметры в файлах, которые определяют уровень воды, устраивает настоящий цунами на улицах Сан-Андреаса.
Улицы города полностью затоплены, но горожанам совершенно плевать на это — их машины свободно циркулируют под водой, над водой проносятся самолеты, а пофигисты-машинисты прут на своих поездах сквозь воду с невозмутимым видом бывалых людей.
Чтобы картина стала еще бредовее, советую поставить мод No Traffic, который убирает людей и автомобили с улиц штата. Единственными живыми (и неунывающими) обитателями штата останутся: бравый гангстер Карл Джонсон, его барышни и все тот же машинист-пофигист.
