This mod replaces the textures of some effects in SA.
Replaced with:
1. Light effects (lanterns, stars, traffic lights, etc.)
2. The effect of light from the headlights of cars and motorcycles (now a yellow tint like from real headlights).
3. Water (became, it seems to me, more like real sea water).
4. Replaced the Moon (and now it is more or less normal size).

Этот мод заменяет текстуры некоторых эффектов в SA.
Под замену пошло:
1. Эффекты света (фонари, звезды, светофоры и т.п.)
2. Эффект света от фар машин и мотоциклов (теперь желтый оттенок как от настоящих фар).
3. Вода (стала, как мне кажется, больше похоже на настоящую морскую воду).
4. Заменена Луна (и теперь она более-менее нормального размера).
