This patch fixes a critical bug that occurred in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas when running on Windows 11 version 24H2. Due to changes in memory management in the new version of the OS, the game began to use incorrect scaling data, resulting in the Skimmer airplane displayed as a huge distorted object or did not load at all.
On earlier versions of Windows (from 98 to 23H2), the scale of the model was correctly inherited from the previous transport. However, in Windows 11 24H2 the system behavior changed and this incompatibility occurred.

Features:
- Corrects the scale of the Skimmer model.
- Based on modification of vehicles.ide configuration line.
- Compatible with modloader.
Installation:
- Download the modified vehicles.ide file.
- Option 1: Replace the original vehicles.ide in the data folder of your game.
OR
Option 2: Place the modified file in any modloader subfolder (recommended method).
Now Skimmer will display correctly again even on the newest version of Windows!
