I present to you the Perennial of the Soviet police. An ideal mod to convert your GTA into Russia or well into the Soviet Union.

Note: This mod does not support or is against any ideology. It is only to add a better experience to the game!

Features:

SA style: adapted for a classic aesthetic of the game world;
Low Poly: simple model with low polygons count, which is ideal for low PCs
Light textures: uses low-resolution textures, which is ideal for low PCs
Adaptation to the ImVehFt (IVF) mod:
Adds directional lights (Right and left) reverse and emergency lights
