Extended Items Skins Pack from Left 4 Dead 2 for GTA: San Andreas.

From 1 to 4 new skin variants are added to all items and throwable items, which appear randomly in each playthrough.

Some skins are created by the community, mainly by Manacat himself! And some others are created by others.
