Теперь копы в игре стали умнее. Когда вы достигаете 3-х звезд розыска, копы не просто преследуют вас, а начинают вести огонь из машины. Вылезая из окон, они стреляют по вам и по колесам, что делает погони более увлекательными и реалистичными. Это добавляет реализма игре.
