This mod will add the ability to recruit any ped, not counting drug dealers. Automatically you give him an “ultrasound” for use. This type of recruiting can be done throughout the state. Ped is susceptible to everything.
Control: Just approach any pedestrian, press "G" and that's it - he's yours. You can release him by pressing the "CTRL" button and he will go his way.
