This character of French origin named Pierre Le Bluffer is a cut antagonist who was supposed to appear in my project "Detective Louis and Lieutenant Reginald Maxwell save the planet from the forces of evil", but was subsequently cut out due to uselessness, therefore, I am posting it in the public domain.
The skin is made in SA style. It is perfect for use in DYOM missions.
