Из особенностей:

Качественно выполненная работа. Текстуры не пропадают даже из приличного расстояния.
Имеет два свободных этажа для посещения: цокольный этаж, где есть ресепшн и второй этаж с выходом в лифт (не работает).
Имеет большую паковочную зону.
Ночью некоторые офисы работают, поэтому там горит свет.
