An archive containing files that are necessary for everyone who begins to modify their game. The most necessary basic libraries without mods: Silent's ASI Loader, CLEO 4, Modloader.

Installation:

• Contents of folders baseand fixesunpack into the game folder, the optional folder contains files for developers only

Information:

• base - contains only the necessary game libraries to run modifications;
  • CLEO Library (v4.4.0 Stable);
  • Silent's ASI Loader (v1.3 Stable);
  • Modloader (v0.3.7 Stable);
• fixes* - contains scripts that contain only stable plugins for minimal fixes that have been tested over the years;
  • *scripts - contains multiple (but only the most necessary) game fixes;

    GTASA.WidescreenFix— the second part of fixes for widescreen mode, includes a fix for the camera in cutscenes, the ability to manipulate the size of the HUD [not the latest version of the plugin is deliberately used, which is more stable];
    aerofix- fixes for older systems and the Aero theme on Windows 7, a slightly outdated fix, but its presence will not affect negatively;
    FlyMouse— a plugin from Black&White that activates more correct and convenient mouse flight, correcting the original mouse flight function that is used by the game by default;
    FullStreamRadar— activates the loading of all radar textures at once when opening the “Map” menu, useful when using a higher quality radar, but its presence will not harm the original game;
    galleryleakfix— fixes a memory leak associated with saving screenshots to the gallery;
    Multi-sampling fix
    rundll32exefix— a fix related to the inability to expand the game after minimizing it is necessary;
    saveLicensePlate— a fix related to the preservation of unique license plates on cars even after painting or storing in a garage;
    SilentPatchSA- a large set of game fixes, including fixes for hundreds of things in the game, which are the most important for running the game due to the lack of alternatives;
    skygrad— fixes for the night sky gradient, which in the original game was displayed poorly even in x32-bit mode at high resolutions;
• optional - contains more experimental or useful things;
  • debug.asi/debugmenu.dll— (activation on Ctrl+M) debug menu for developers, makes it easier and more convenient to test many things like cheat codes, time and weather changes, camera controls and other original debug functions of the game;
  • imfast(even if there are many modifications in Modloader, the game will load instantly).

Afterword:
This is an archive that I regularly use for personal purposes and perhaps it will be useful to someone else. It does not contain unnecessary stuff, unlike the Essentials Pack, and the pack of basic mod fixes will be posted separately so as not to mix the archives.
