Adding a construction site location equipped in the place where in the original game there is an empty prepared place (via binary IPL), also adds an entrance-exit to the SFPD interior.

Installation:
- Unpack the folder into modloader, you may need to remove/extend the limit on the number of IPL (you can use OpenLimitAdjuster or FastmanLimitAdjuster)
The authorship of the coordinates may belong to someone else.
