Skins of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Soviet Union Socialist Republic (USSR). This is the long-awaited joint release of my forge and the forge of a fellow worker!
The pack includes:
- State Automobile Inspectorate;
- Police Patrol Service [PPSM] (can be used to play for the OBKhSS or for the criminal investigation department, the difference in uniform is not particularly noticeable);
- Special Purpose Police Department [OMON].
All skins are adapted to the PedFuncs plugin: 3 face variations for lapd1, lapdm1, swat and two uniform options for traffic police and riot police;
The archive also contains attachments: a Soviet policeman’s cap, a 6B5 bulletproof vest and an ALTYN helmet.
Features:
- San Andreas style, made in low-quality;
- Good skeleton;
- Normal, original textures;
- Suitable for SAMP;
- No bugs, no problems.
Installation:
- Replace withIMG Toolor throughmodloader, having previously created a folder for the mod!

Скины МВД Советского Союза Социалистической Республики (СССР). Это долгожданный совместный релиз моей кузницы и кузницы товарища по делу!
В пак входят:
- Государственная Автомобильная Инспекция ;
- Патрульно-Постовая Служба Милиции [ППСМ] (можно использовать для игры за ОБХСС или за отдел уголовного розыска, разницы в форме не особо видно);
- Отдел Милиции Особо Назначения [ОМОН].
Все скины адаптированы к плагину PedFuncs: 3 вариации лица у lapd1, lapdm1, swat и два варианта униформы для ГАИ и ОМОНа;
В архиве также лежат аттачи: фуражка советского милиционера, бронежилет 6Б5 и шлем АЛТЫН.
Особенности:
- Стиль San Andreas, сделано в low-quality;
- Хороший скелет;
- Нормальные, оригинальные текстуры;
- Подходит для SAMP;
- Нет багов, нет проблем.
Установка:
- Заменить с помощью IMG Tool или же через modloader, предварительно создав папку для мода!
