Improved service vehicles (adapted for ImVehFt) for GTA San Andreas

This mod for GTA San Andreas updates the flashing lights for official cars, making them more realistic and spectacular. It changes the lines and parameters of the ELM files, which are plugins for the emergency lights. If these files are missing, the game will crash with an error. The mod is designed to improve the appearance of cars and replace them with more realistic options, while maintaining the original atmosphere of the game.
