The electric sedan is made in Audi’s signature style, but when looking at it in profile and in three-quarter view, you won’t be able to escape the feeling of déjà vu. The thing is that the e-tron GT is built on the J1 platform from the Porsche Taycan and the similarity in proportions and body shapes (especially the glass lines and roof pillars) is striking.

The new Audi has exactly the same wheelbase - 2900 mm. But in terms of overall length, the Audi electric car is 26 mm larger than its sister Porsche, that is, its length is 4989 mm. It is noteworthy that the body here is slightly less streamlined: the aerodynamic drag coefficient is 0.24 instead of 0.22 for the “original”.

The electric car is available in two versions: e-tron GT and RS e-tron GT. In both cases, a pair of electric motors and all-wheel drive are used. The e-tron GT produces 238 hp. (front) and 435 hp. (behind). In total - 476 hp. and 630 Nm in standard mode and up to 530 hp. and 640 Nm when Launch control is activated (this output is available only for 2.5 seconds). Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 4.1 seconds, top speed is 245 km/h.

As a result, the total power reaches 598 hp. in long-term mode and 646 hp. - in the short term. As a result, the electric train performs the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, and the maximum speed is 250 km/h.
